Our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty

   

Metz Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram offers an Exclusive Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on New and Used vehicles that you purchase from us. Certain Restrictions Apply**


In order for a vehicle to be eligible for our Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, vehicles must meet the following criteria:


  • Under 10 model years old at time of purchase

  • Under 85,000 miles on the odometer at time of purchase

  • Excludes Diesel, Electric, Commercial, SRT, or Exotic vehicle

  • Also excludes the following models of vehicles: Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, and Porsche.


Our Exclusive Lifetime Powertrain Warranty covers the following:


  1. Engine:

  • All internally lubricated parts contained within the vehicle's engine

  • Engine Block and Cylinder heads (Provided the breakdown of the heads or block are caused by the breakdown of a part listed in the warranty)

  • This excludes any part other than what is supplied with a long block assembly


  1. Transmission:

  • Automatic or Standard transmission

  • All internally lubricated parts

  • Seals and Gaskets ( If required by a covered part's repair)

  • Transmission case and housing (If damages are caused by an internally lubricated part)

  • Transfer Case (Only if damaged by an internally lubricated part) and all of its internally lubricated parts


  1. Drive Axle:

  • Front or Rear

  • All internal parts contained within the drive axle

  • Drive Axle Case

  • Constant Velocity Joints

  • Axle Bearings

  • Drive Axle housing( ONLY if damaged by an internally lubricated part)

  • Seals and Gaskets ( ONLY if required by a covered part's repair)



IMPORTANT: In order to keep your warranty valid, your vehicle must be maintained according to the specifications of the Manufacturer. You must retain all related service records and receipts. The required normal maintenance is not covered by this warranty. All service work must be performed at our dealership, Metz Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
